We picked the Roasted Almond and watched as the ice cream maker poured milk and roasted almond flavoured syrup into the mixer and let it churn for few minutes. After this, misty liquid Nitrogen was slowly poured into the almond flavour milk, instantly freezing it into a velvety texture ice cream. The Liquid nitrogen’s low temperature prevents formation of ice crystals and bacteria and gives ice cream a satin-like smooth texture. Served up in a little cup and topped up with crushed roasted almonds and chocolate sauce, the flavour was creamy, delicate and made us want to try out some of their more exotic offerings.
We enjoyed our instant ice cream experience. When you stop in, let us know what you liked about it here.
